Hula~La, Island Music Band

Hula la! is a FUN 5pc band, playing ‘Island Music’ mostly from Jamaica, Trinidad, and Hawaii… Perfect for Kids and families, their interactive show has been gigging at libraries, schools, elderly community settings and restaurants over the last 4 years. They are made up of Chris Waters (Lead Singer/Ukulele), Lori Tolentino (Lead Singer/Dancer/Interactive liaison), Mike Almond (Cajon/Vocals), Tom Poitras (Lap Steel Guitar/Ukulele/vocals) and Ron Poitras(Bass).

Sound Design Video - 'CIRCUS'

This video created in a Sound Design Class at Bristol Community College using Adobe Premiere Pro to remove all of the original sound from a 2 minute video of our choice to then replace all of the sounds with original tracks and concepts to re-create a completely new audio design for the scene. This project used a concept called "Foley" sound design. I also created the original soundtrack for this video using garage band loops and tracks.
